The top row returns 29.98% net at the assumed 80% occupancy; the median across the 50 ranked is 17.57%. Buildings where the nightly let earns less than the lease are excluded.

What a unit earns on Airbnb, net of platform and management fees, cleaning and utilities, against the annual rent actually registered on the same building and bedroom type with the Land Department. Halve it and you roughly halve every revenue and premium below.
